How to Use:

Bending:

1. Select appropriate bending former for tube size
2. Insert tube and align with desired angle
3. Use ratchet action to bend smoothly to desired angle

Cutting:

1. Position cutter on tube at desired cut point
2. Rotate cutter whilst gradually tightening
3. Continue until tube is cut through

Reaming:

1. Use reamer to remove burrs from inside and outside of cut
2. Rotate reamer to create smooth edge

Maintenance:

• Keep bending formers clean and free from debris
• Replace cutter wheel when dull (see 70028 replacement wheels)
• Lubricate moving parts occasionally
